The Metropolitan Opera in New York announced that it would stream for free several award-winning Live in HD programs on the company's website for the duration of the closure of the Met. The new offering will began on Monday, March 16 with the 2010 HD performance of Bizet's Carmen, conducted by Met Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin. Upcoming free streams from the Met Opera:
