Andrew Lloyd Webber will offer live video commentary alongside CATS stream this Friday
This Friday, "The Show Must Go On" will be showing the full stage production of Cats - filmed in London at the Adelphi Theatre in 1998. For the first time ever, Andrew Lloyd Webber will be doing a live video commentary alongside the performance, in memory of his beloved cat, Mika. The show, along with Andrew's commentary will go live for 48 hours starting May 15th at 7PM BST. The show, which was filmed at the Adelphi Theatre in the West End, stars Elaine Paige in the title role of Grizabella, the Glamour Cat. The stream will benefit The Actor's Fund. The last stream by Universal's new initiative generated more than $500,000 for the charity.
